Common cycle modes of linear stepping motor

In the operation process of linear stepper motor, there are two common circulation modes: external circulation and internal circulation. These two models have different characteristics and functions.

First, external circulation: the external circulation is that the motor returns to the screw nut through the spiral groove or intubation tube on the outer surface of the nut after the circulation process.

Second, internal circulation: internal circulation uses reverser to realize motor circulation, and there are two types of reverser.

Linear stepper motor in the cycle process, sometimes out of contact with the lead screw is called external circulation; always keep in contact with the lead screw is called internal circulation. Each closed cycle of the motor is called the column, and the number of leads contained in each closed cycle of the ball is called the number of turns. Therefore, in the future work, we should pay attention to these two circulation modes, and make good use of them according to their characteristics.
