What problems will be encountered when stepping motor starts

When the stepper motor starts up and runs, sometimes it will not move once it moves, or it will move back and forth in place, and sometimes it will lose its step when it runs. What's the problem?

1) Whether the torque of the motor is large enough and whether it can drive the load, so we generally recommend the user to select the motor with torque 50% ~ 100% larger than the actual demand when selecting the model, because the stepping motor can not run under the load, even if it is instantaneous, it will cause out of step, stop running or irregular original repeated movement when it is serious.

2) Whether the input stepping pulse current from the upper controller is large enough (generally > 10mA) to make the optocoupler conduct stably, and whether the input frequency is too high to receive. If the output circuit of the upper controller is CMOS circuit, the CMOS input driver should also be selected.

3) Whether the starting frequency is too high, and whether the acceleration process is set in the starting procedure, it is better to accelerate from the specified starting frequency of the motor to the set frequency, even if the acceleration time is very short, otherwise it may be unstable or even in the idle state.

4) When the motor is not fixed well, sometimes this situation occurs, it is normal. Because, in fact, at this time caused a strong resonance of the motor, leading to out of step state. The motor must be fixed.

5) For a 5-phase motor, if the phase connection is wrong, the motor will not work
