Main Feature and standards compliance:
According to GB3836.1-2010《Explosive atmospheres - Part 1: Equipment-General requirements》 and GB3836.2-2010《Explosive atmospheres – Part 2:Equipment protection by flameproof enclosures “d”》, the series motor is made into explosion-proof type. The efficiency is in accordance with the energy-saving evaluation value standard in GB18613-2012《Minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and energy efficiency grades for small and medium three-phase asynchronous motors》. The efficiency reaches the national level 2 energy efficiency, and has the characteristics of excellent performance, safe and reliable operation, lower vibration and noise than similar products, and meets the requirements of environmental protection.
The power grade and installation dimension of this series motor conform to the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standard, and the corresponding relationship is the same as that of German DIN42673 standard, which is conducive to the matching of export and import equipment.
Application range and operating environment:
Explosion-proof mark: Ex d I Mb、Ex d IIB T4 Gb、Ex d IIC T4 Gb. This series motor is suitable for places with explosive gas mixture. Ex d I Mb is suitable for electrical equipment used in Coal Mine gas environment, Ex d IIB T4 Gb is applicable to the environment where explosive gas mixture exists in plant class II A and II B (Ex d IIC T4 Gb class II A, class II B and class II C) with temperature groups of T1, T2, T3 and T4
